HVAC needs an agent layer, not another dashboard.
HVAC is the largest unautomated load in commercial real estate. Every brand has its own protocol, its own dashboard, its own oncall. We're building the agent layer that reads them all, decides what matters, and acts on it.
The industry has tried for 20 years to unify HVAC with bigger dashboards and more dashboards. It didn't work because dashboards put the human in the loop on every alarm. There are too many alarms.
An agent reads continuously, learns your baseline, suppresses noise, and only escalates the alarms that matter. When a write-back is safe, it makes it. When it isn't, it surfaces a recommendation. Either way, your team works on the 1% that needs them, not the 100% the BMS pushes.
We work with the controls you already own. We integrate over BACnet, Modbus, brand cloud APIs, MQTT — whatever speaks. Agents run in our cloud or on a small edge appliance on your network. Read-only by default; write-back is opt-in per site and per point.
